What will be removed

• Your name, email address, phone number and password
• Your delivery addresses and saved contact details
• Passport and document details from any hotel booking
• Your notifications and notification settings
• Your ability to sign in — the account cannot be recovered

What will be kept

• Orders, payments and invoices, with your personal details removed — businesses are required by law to keep financial records
• Bookings you have already taken, with your name removed
• The security record of this change itself, as required by law

Your personal details are removed from these records. What remains cannot be traced back to you, and businesses are required by law to keep financial records.
